I’m a lifelong resident of Spring Lake, a devoted mother, educator, community servant, and most importantly, a woman of faith. I’m running for Mayor because I believe Spring Lake deserves a leader who not only listens but takes action and delivers real results. My mission is to create a community where every resident feels safe, supported, and proud to call Spring Lake home.

Robyn's Priorities

Stabilize the Property Tax Rate

Spring Lake families deserve financial stability and accountability from their local government. I will work to keep property taxes fair and predictable while ensuring every tax dollar is spent wisely to strengthen our community’s foundation and services.

Building Dynamic Schools Through Community Partnerships

Our children deserve access to quality education and strong support systems. I will foster partnerships between the town, schools, and families to enhance resources, mentorship programs, and extracurricular opportunities that empower the next generation.

Clean Drinking Water & Strong Infrastructure

Reliable, clean water and modern infrastructure are the backbone of a healthy community. I am committed to improving our water systems, repairing aging roads and utilities, and investing in upgrades that protect the well-being of every household.

Transportation & Connectivity

Efficient transportation connects people to opportunity. I will advocate for better public transit options, safer streets, and improved access across Spring Lake to support economic growth and make it easier for residents to get where they need to go.

Revitalization & Community Safety

Our neighborhoods should be vibrant, safe, and full of opportunity. I will promote community development that revitalizes public spaces, supports small businesses, and partners with law enforcement to keep every resident secure and proud of where they live.

Robyn Chadwick is a dedicated public servant with a heart for the people of Spring Lake. Having served as Mayor Pro Tem and currently as the Commissioner of Spring Lake, Robyn has shown strong leadership, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to the community she loves. 

With a proven record of service and results, Robyn has worked tirelessly to make Spring Lake a place where families can grow and thrive. She proudly sponsored the cities first “Pink D.Y.M.O.N.S 5K”, an event dedicated to raising awareness about breast cancer and the importance of early detection.  A cause that holds deep personal meaning for her. 

Robyn has been instrumental in helping restore stability and accountability within town government, ensuring Spring Lake continues to move in the right direction. Her passion for children and families inspired her to create “Storytime with Chadwick,” a program designed to encourage reading and connection among the town’s youngest residents. 

As an active member of the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW), Robyn continues to uplift and empower women and families through service, leadership, and advocacy. 

Every step of the way, Robyn remains focused on building a stronger, safer, and more united Spring Lake—one that serves every resident with pride and purpose.
